Josh Parsons, Professional Property Manager and founding member of Sound Real Estate Services, LLC, has over 30 years of experience in the fields of property management, brokerage and receivership in Connecticut. At Sound Real Estate Services, Josh leads a team of highly accomplished professionals. Together, they provide services in:

Aidan Brennan

Aidan Brenna joined our team in 2023, bringing with him many years of multifamily management and maintenance experience. Aidan is graduate of University of Connecticut, and currently holds professional designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson. Aidan manages a portfolio of homeowners associations, and leads our residential sales program.
Kim Tope

With several years of experience in property management, Kim has been successfully managing her own portfolio of properties since 2021. She brings a unique background and perspective in condominium management, multi-family units, and Section 8 housing. Her strong multitasking skills and hands-on experience make her an asset to any property she manages. Kim is also CAI-certified by the state, qualifying her to expertly oversee condominium properties.

Courtney has been keeping everyone in line at Sound Real Estate for more than four years, where she manages the accounts payable/receivable function with a sharp eye, dedication and most importantly, a sense of humor.
She lives in Stonington with her four children and her lovable Golden Retriever, Gus.
